Our Sweet Dream Support package is designed to help your loved one wind down with ease, feel safe and supported, and transition into restful sleep. It’s ideal for individuals who

benefit from a calming routine, emotional reassurance, and attentive care at the end of the day.  

 What’s Included:

• Evening Hygiene Assistance – Help with washing, toileting, brushing teeth, and

               nighttime grooming.

• Comfort Dressing – Support with changing into sleepwear and preparing for bed.
• Light Meal or Snack Prep – Assistance with preparing a simple evening snack or
• hydration reminders.
• Medication Reminders – Ensuring evening doses are taken safely and on time.
• Bedtime Routine Support – Gentle guidance through personalized nighttime rituals
• (reading, music, prayer, etc.).
• Emotional Reassurance – A calming presence, soothing conversation, and

               companionship to ease nighttime anxiety or loneliness.

                Schedule & Flexibility:

                 Recommended Duration: 1–2 hours in the evening

                 Availability: 7 days/week or selected evenings
